SCR99 Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Guidelines

1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at SCR99.

• "Bonus" refers to free credits, additional funds, or rewards granted to members subject to specific terms and conditions.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the SCR99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3Account Registration

The scr99 account registration process is straightforward and can be completed in under 3 minutes. However, there are several important requirements to comply with:

• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one SCR99 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identities, is prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your full name, phone number, date of birth, and any other requested information accurately and truthfully during registration.
• Secure password: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. SCR99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a member's own disclosure of their password.
• Phone number verification: An active Malaysian phone number is required for account verification and important security communications.
• KYC Process: Identity documents such as MyKad or passport may be required before your first withdrawal or when certain transaction limits are reached.

Scr99 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts found to be using false or stolen information will be terminated immediately and may be reported to the authorities.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Scr99 supports a variety of local payment methods suited for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Supported deposit methods:

7Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, SCR99 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tools that automate wagering or gameplay.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the SCR99 system for unauthorized gain.
• Conducting money laundering activities or financing illegal operations through the scr99 platform.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Spreading false information, defaming, or damaging the reputation of scr99 on any platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward scr99 customer support staff.
• Any form of collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account, as well as legal prosecution if the activity in question breaches applicable laws.

8Account Suspension and Termination

Scr99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspicious activity or suspected fraud, money laundering, or hacking.
• Failure to complete the KYC process when requested by SCR99.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised by a member directly with a payment provider without first going through scr99 support channels.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the age eligibility or jurisdictional requirements.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member themselves for any reason.

When an account is terminated due to a violation, SCR99 reserves the right to withhold all funds in that account pending the outcome of an investigation. If no violation is proven, the net balance (after deducting bonuses) will be returned to the member.

9SCR99 Liability Limits

• Scr99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of wagering activity on the platform, including losses from betting or game outcomes.

10Privacy and Data Protection
